The people doing the work possess a wealth of ideas for making the work environment safer, more efficient, less wasteful, and more fun — but the only way to cash in on that wealth of ideas is to ask!
It is easy, and potentially disastrous, to skip evaluation or to do it in a haphazard way. Of all the services we provide at Working Magic, evaluation is the most important, and yet probably the least utilized. Done well, evaluation clears the road ahead of you and shortens the distance to your goals. Done poorly or not at all, it disenfranchises people and leaves opportunities undiscovered.
