Our work at Working Magic comes primarily in three flavors:
Curriculum, which is the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programs and processes on any subject, to any student population between the ages of 13 and 113.
Strategy, which is the integration of behavior with desired results. Specifically, we offer coaching on strategic thinking and business planning for privately held businesses, entrepreneurs and startups, as well as consulting on strategically integrated human resource development, education and training.
Evaluation, which includes assessing the effectiveness of your organization, evaluating individual programs, and evaluating individuals for the right fit of attitude and aptitude for the work they need to do.
In addition, we offer a variety of resources you may find helpful, and from time to time we offer educational events you may wish to attend.
