Meet the Work Wizards

Tracy LunquistTracy Lunquist is the founder and president of Working Magic, and its lead instructional designer. She has designed curriculum in topics as diverse as unmanned aircraft systems and alcohol education, and has facilitated strategic learning for customers ranging from military contractors to massage therapy clinics.

A bit over twenty years of work experience, ten of it in business for herself, has provided the real life learning to balance her Master of Education degree in human resource and organization development.  And since art mimics life, she has co-authored two books about real-life subjects: Masterminds Unleashed: Selling for Geniuses and Do Eagles Just Wing It?

Tracy serves as a commissioner of the West Volusia Hospital Authority, an elected office in her community.  She is also a volunteer with the Seminole State College Small Business Advisory Board Council, and a member of the DeLand Area Chamber of Commerce. She has been a featured speaker at meetings of several Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis, ABWA, NAWBO and WOAMTEC as well as a workshop presenter for Seminole State College’s Small Business Development Center.  She has appeared as a guest on Daytona State College Public Television’s “Small Business Hotline,” but, alas, never got a call from Oprah. Of course, now that Working Magic has a satellite office in Chicago….

Greg Williams is the Managing Director of Working Magic’s new Chicago office.

Greg believes the most successful people in the world are those who do what they love.  He loves to analyze and solve business challenges.  He’s still waiting for that Ferrari to show up….

Greg comes to Working Magic from a technology consulting firm where he excelled at examining business processes at their core level, always with the intent of increasing efficiency.  As a business owner, Greg learned the value of building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and even his competitors.  To develop his leadership skills, he observed the interactions of thousands of people in hundreds of organizations, carefully noting what practices were most successful.

Enhancing his 20+ years of real-world experience is an MBA with a specialization in organizational behavior, which he completed in 2009 as valedictorian.

Greg joined Working Magic in 2011. His expertise in technology and the “number crunching” aspects of business planning are a perfect complement to Tracy’s expertise in curriculum and leadership development.  Their shared knowledge of organizational behavior and experience in business planning strengthen Working Magic’s core capabilities, and by pooling their frequent flyer miles, they will now be able to serve customers around the country.
